The Philadelphia Chapter has an on- going
commitment to the Green Tables initiative, who’s activities create stronger links between the agricultural endeavors of urban and rural farms and gardens to school, restaurant and kitchen tables.
The Philadelphia Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier raises funds to provide scholarship money to women who wish to pursue a course of study in the food, fine beverage, and hospitality industries.
